Are there those who can properly explain what to do?I want to install the No Karma mod, but I don't know what to do at all.
English readme and that poor Russian readme from the "files" section are not to be offered.

Try to download from here:

1) Download it and drop it into the master folder of the game itself. Next, you need to unpack data1 (data1.dat) with it. You do not need to run the program itself. Just drag data1.dat to MGSV_QAR_Tool, unpacking will go and you will have a data1 folder and a data1 file (data1.inf)
2) In the data1 folder you copy what you downloaded, the mod itself, i.e. Just do not forget to unpack it (rar)
3) How you copied / replaced, you pack the folder back. It's done simply. You drag the file that appeared with the data1.inf folder to MGSV_QAR_Tool, similarly with 1 item.
