Steam Mobile Authenticator

Hi PG, I need some advice. The incentive says that from the 10th, accounts without a mobile authenticator will accept exchanges for 3 days. MA requires a smartphone based on Android or IOS, there is no other option. What if I don't have a smartphone, but exchange frequently, bets, trades, ... I tried to install Steam on Ipad, but apparently not that.

If a number with an android emulator passes, it turns out that the program issuing codes for Steam is not tied to the phone itself? Can I just put Bluestacks, enter the number of the mobile phone linked to Steam into the Steam mobile application and easily generate codes? As far as I understand, this Steam application can issue codes even without an Internet connection!
