Scientific weapons (The Outer Worlds)
Is that soup on the shelf, I thought the super gun will beThe use of the desensitizer and a hypnotic beam only in conjunction with slowing down, otherwise the effect decreases faster than the gun will change. Therefore, their effectiveness is dubious, with the slowing down easier to shoot from conventional weapons. Seems like a nice gun, which leaves the dock before the final mission, but I didn't take it because I passed stealth and with a high level of persuasion.

The most useless weapon in the game, anything that does not fit. Faster to deal with enemies than first to reduce them, and then kill him.
Maybe the game has no worthy enemies to use the potential of this weapon until I can not judge, not yet passed.
