Game after passing. (Assassin's Creed)

After passing, you cannot "continue" the game from any place and you need to completely reload the memory blocks and because of this you have to watch these slow cut-scenes that cannot be rewound. Is there an option after passing through to avoid watching cut-scenes? Or save somewhere so that you don't reload the memory blocks every time?

Unfortunately, no, but during the cut-scenes I go for a tea and a sandwich, and when I come back there were no cut-scenes!

For some reason, there are very few mods for this game. Well, almost not, so to speak.
And they could have done ... at least skipping cut scenes.
