How to enable tessellation in the game? (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

According to my patch, they should have started it, but it seems like they did not.
I finished off the game by 80% and quit. All the same, initiates are at level 28.
I'm glad I got a free Far Cry 4 from Ubi for Unity. They really made up for their failure with the release of Unity.
But if it happens to Victory, it will cost even more.

DH11 does not pull the game, so the tessellation was not delivered in order not to aggravate the situation.
