Coach Contract (FIFA Manager 13)

Maybe someone faced a problem when discussing a coach's contract with a club:
When you press "offer to the board", the scale "your salary" (which you want) is automatically turned to the maximum, which ultimately leads to discontent with the club. Reinstalling the game doesn't help.
