Everyone is silent (Fallout 4)

Comrades, such a misfortune. Installed a couple of texture mods on a fall via nmm. After that, all the characters in the game simply fell silent, that is, there are subtitles, there is a sound of the environment, but there are no voices and animation of the conversation, disabling mods does not help. Has anyone faced the same misfortune? How to solve the problem? Win10, Fall 1.3.45 pirate

Obviously, reinstalling the game. I will copy the saves from a separate folder just in case.
