Supply lines (Fallout 4)

The people, have established supply lines between the settlements, now all the trash is common, and in the Alliance they just gathered there. Does anyone know what's the matter, maybe a bug?

Did you have a supply line problem in the alliance? If so, how did you solve it? I sent a supplier as in a regular settlement, but the resources were not pooled.
I just solved the problem by sending the 2nd supplier.
