Problem with one side mission (Mass Effect 2)

There is a task - "Citadel: a fake ID found". There is a screen on the Mass Effect Wiki (http://ru.masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Citadel:_fake_identification_found) where two asari should be sitting. I found this place - these asari are not there. Actually, how to turn in this task in this way?
