How to open a door at a police station. (Resident Evil)

The second part (not the first). There is no section of the second part on the forum and therefore I created it here.

The essence of the problem.

There is a door near the two statues, where you need to place them correctly in order to pick up the item. It is not closed, but on the other hand something is propping up.

How do I open it?

Passing for Leon, I did not find a solution. Now I go behind the Claire and now I am ready to leave the police station, because I have already completed everything here. If I leave, I will no longer be able to open this door.
