solving problems with freezing after the terminal. (Fallout 4)

I ran into a problem in the mission "reunion", after (spoiler!) I killed Kellogg, you need to go to the terminal and get information from there, but after leaving the terminal, the camera moved back and the view is like a hero, while there is no way to open the doors, etc. which makes the passage unreal.

SOLUTION: start the game in windowed mode.
