What do you get for completing the game on a high level of difficulty? (Dying Light)

The game has passed, the message "Congratulations, you have completed the game on a high level of difficulty, we have a reward for you, look into the player's cache" appeared on the screen. I looked in, but did not find anything there. Has anyone ever had this happen? I play on licenses.
