Do rune effects summarize? (Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor)
Orc fighters, does anyone know if the effects of the runes are summarized. For example, one rune has a 24 percent chance of a critical hit, the other 26. Will it be fifty or will it only work 26?7 Comments
