does not turn on

Duty voltage is present, so most likely the power supply unit is alive. But there may be trouble with the mother. Under what circumstances did the problem arise? And yes, it would be nice to announce the power supply model, as well as try another one, obviously working, just in case.

PS It is also worth examining the mother for swollen conduits.
