Good day everyone! Please help me figure out the problem. The bottom line is this: approximately every 20-30 minutes, the Internet disappears for a couple of seconds, sometimes for a couple of minutes. The cable is working fine, there are no interruptions with e-mail, there are no viruses on the computer through AVZ, ADWCleaner, DrWebCureIT. The Internet was connected normally, the provider also said that the connection from their side was normal. The driver for the network card has not been updated for the next month (I updated the last time a long time ago, but after the update everything worked stably). Internet from MTS. Windows 10x64 system lick. The cable is directly connected without any Wi Fi or anything else

In our house for several months their connection (Internet, TV) got into - everyone fled to Dom.ru and RT.
But I do not live in a remote village. Once at the entrance, their flap burned out - the next day he stood and watched how they were being repaired. They brought in a new one, forced the plywood to be torn off the back wall - I found out that nothing would be attached to it, they could not answer the question "why is it needed". We delivered the cheapest equipment - along with the wires, threw it into a box at random and dumped it.
I also did not use much cellular communication from them, in my area I almost did not catch it on 3 different phones. They stopped sending receipts to the landline phone (under the pretext of fighting for the environment) - despite the fact that on the site, in the personal account, there is no section for such a connection at all, i.e. to find out how much you were charged in a month, you need to run to the office and demand a printout or call the TP every time.

I have only digital TV from Dom.ru in one room, through the simplest set-top box (no Internet). Another set-top box (IPTV) + Internet - from Rostelecom.
Everyone has problems - the question is how quickly they are fixed. So far, neither Dom.ru, nor RT have failed in this - they may be afraid of competition among themselves, so that people do not run away to others.

Glad for you. If next time you feel that problems may be on their side, call the TP at any time of the day - they are obliged to accept applications around the clock. If they refuse, think about changing the provider.
