Red loading screen (red tint) Skyrim (solution) (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

This problem occurs when the uGridsToLoad parameter is changed in Skyrim.ini files to increase or decrease the coefficient (7,9,11 ...). As a result, when you start the game in the loading window, all objects, statues, animals, people, etc. become red in color or with a slight red tint.
The reason for the red tint is due to the creation of a new .ini file in the Data folder, the name of the file with this extension usually coincides with one of the mods that you installed.
For example, it will look like this: - "UberSword.esp ==> UberSword.ini
I personally looked like this: HighResTexturePack02.esp and the following file appeared HighResTexturePack02.INI
This file is generated after editing UGridsToLoad. Delete it and the problem is solved.

Causes of the problem:

- saveini was written in the console
Description of saveini Entering the command initiates the creation of an .ini file in Skyrim / Data of an arbitrary name of any installed mod with general parameters, which contain the ill-fated "RGB" described in the first method for solving this problem.
- Editing the UGridsToLoad parameter (usually to increase)

Solution 1:

Method If you have not used the saveini command in the console, but have begun to observe this "reddening" effect - try to find lines with the phrase RGB in your Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and delete such lines ... Example:

rUIMistMenu_AmbientZPosRGB = 0,0,0
rUIMistMenu_AmbientZNegRGB = 0,0,0
rUIMistMenu_AmbientYPosRGB = 0,0,0
rUIMistMenu_AmbientYNegRGB = 0,0,0
rUIMistMenu_AmbientXPosRGB = 0,0,0
rUIMistMenu_AmbientXNegRGB = 0,0,0

Update: The lines will not necessarily look like in the example, but they will have an RGB combination

Solution to Problem 2:

1. Make a Skyrim backup .ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini
2. Delete these same .ini files in MyGames / Skyrim
3. Run the launcher to generate new ini.
4. Replace the .ini created by the program with "backup" ones
5. MUST DELETE any .ini files from any mods in the Skyrim / Data folder
6. The problem is solved.

Update: After point 3, after the launcher generates .ini files, it is possible to disable all mods (the checkmarks will disappear from them in the Launcher), then you need to mark them again.
