Weapons from F3 to FNV (Fallout: New Vegas)

Climbing into GEKK I came across the familiar name of the weapon (AlienRifle), at first did not attach any importance but wrote down the ID.
Then, for the sake of interest, I entered it, what was my surprise when the ID turned out to be a worker.
A weapon with no name and 1 damage was added to the inventory, I put it on, and it turned out to be the Alien Disintegrator from F3.
True, it is fundamentally not finalized and not adapted to the game [Screenshot below].
So what is this? And what does the unfinished F3 weapon do in FNV?
In addition to the official plugins and 3 mods, there is nothing. [2 mods from myself, weapons based on other weapons, 1 for Luger from nexus. Everything.]
