Skull Prescription Question (Diablo 2)

Hello!
Rereading the topic "Money" on cl, the question arose whether I understand the situation with the generation of affixes correctly.
I will describe my question with a specific example.
Let's say I want to use the recipe 6 perfect skulls + 1 rare item -> 1 low level rare item to get a shield with the "+2 to Paladin Skill Levels" affix (Priest's). I'm primarily interested in the Bone Shield and Grim Shield bases.
The formula that determines the level of an item after the next brewing: ilvl = int (0.4 * clvl) + int (0.4 * ilvl)
The level of the affix "+2 Pal" on shields is 65 (affix_level = 65)

But alvl is not identical to ilvl. The relationship between these parameters is given by the following formula (taken from here):
If (mlvl> 0)
(1) alvl = max (qlvl, ilvl) + mlvl
Else if (max (ilvl, qlvl) <99 - [qlvl / 2])
(2) alvl = max (ilvl, qlvl) - [qlvl / 2]
Else
(3) alvl = 2 * max (ilvl, qlvl) - 99
For each item, its own alvl is calculated, and all affixes with affix_level <= alvl can appear on this item.

mlvl (magic level) = 0 in this case, and qlvl depends on the underlying thing. For Bone Shield qlvl = 19, for Grim Shield qlvl = 48
Let's say a level 90 character (clvl = 90) brews a rare Bone Shield dropped from Hell Diablo (ilvl = 90).
It turns out a shield with ilvl = int (0.4 * 90) + int (0.4 * 90) = 72.
Let's look at the formulas for alvl:
mlvl = 0, max (72, 19) = 72, 99 - [19/2] = 90, 72 <90 => we use the formula (2)
alvl = max (ilvl, qlvl) - [qlvl / 2] = 72 - 9 = 63
That is, "+2 Pal" (affix_level = 65) cannot drop even after the first brew.
For Grim Shield (qlvl = 48), things are even worse:
mlvl = 0, max (72, 48) = 72, 99 - [48/2] = 75, 72 <75 => alvl = 72 - [48/2] = 72 - 24 = 48 - similarly not enough for "+2 Pal"

If you try different clvl and qlvl, you can draw the following conclusions:
- It is impossible to cook a shield with "+2 Pal" from Exceptional shields with this recipe.
- For Normal shields, so that the "+2 Pal" affix can drop on a welded shield when brewing a rare shield dropped from Diablo (Hell), you need to do this with a character of a sufficiently high level, depending on the base of the shield:
Buckler - 73, Small Shield - 78, Large Shield - 85, Kite Shield - 90, Spiked Shield - 85, Bone Shield - 95 (Tower Shield - impossible).

Actually a question for knowledgeable people: are my calculations and conclusions correct, or is all this complete nonsense, and I don't understand anything?

A normal vapshcheta is close to cutting out a couple of seals itself, while a boor is winding one ...

QLinkee, I would classify it as orcasm, tk. Despite the close combat capabilities, it should still fly briskly - this generally speeds up the quality (with the usual "teletaxi" scheme, it is close + boor or close + 2hama). otherwise, there will be a seal where it will not cut, two .. :-)

gave the magpie a couple of sojies and forgot about the cans of semolina. in the body ~ 10 is pumped in, fkr shard + magicians, fhr 60 s is sufficient, the cuts are comfortable.
Obsessed, my close friend is a firecoldimmune Infector often trolls))

sneakers / helmet / armor / belt / shield / amul - they still have enough cuts) As for the Infector, he is always resistant to fire, but the infection is often also coldimmune. Yes, no, clean blizzards, a little telly pumped in.

monolith777, no, well, you probably have nazhorsk racks with 30-40 res! :'WITH
