Blank terminal and peep-boy screen (Fallout 4)

I installed Windows 8, played in Folich on the Seven, naturally installed it again and threw the saves. BUT! Now I do not see anything in the pip-boy (it is displayed, but the screen is empty) and in the terminals. Just blank screens! What to do and what does anyone know?
