language (Resident Evil 6)

I can't change the language in the game resident evil, I go to the file steam_rld and write (Language = russian) but I can't save the whole thing with windows 8 and I downloaded the game from media get, who knows?

About the steam_rld.ini file, right-click on it, call the properties. Well, as I had at 7, I think with 8 the difference is not big. Unblock it, it says "Unblock" and then uncheck the read-only checkbox. Apply -> Okay. All go into this file steam_rld.ini and change this line Language = russian.
