Missing Ammo (Mafia 2)

For some reason, I have a maximum of cartridges for 1 reload. For example, for the Colt: maximum 14 rounds!

Either buy at the gun store, or rob the store and steal them by going to the ammo rack.
Colt maximum rounds - 49 (+ 7 in clip)
