Making mods for the HD version (Resident Evil 4)

Can anyone suggest tools for creating mods for the HD version of RE4. I can't find it, I searched on Google but only found it for the original re4

I can only say that the resources for RE4HD can be unpacked by the unpacker for RE5, about the rest I canâ€™t say.
