Crashes on logo (Mortal Kombat 11)

Can't understand what could be wrong.
At startup after splash screen (HAVOK, etc) crashes. (That is, crashes immediately).
Know. Everywhere write, that need the user's name in the Latin alphabet.
It's just the Latin alphabet was. (Originally).

Windows 10 with the latest update
Strangely, if I only had one such problem.
