GTA: VC on a laptop with two graphics cards (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City)

Good day, Playground!

I play on a laptop with two video cards: Intel HD Graphics 4600 and Nvidia GTX 860M and often face problems when changing video cards in games.

I am currently having problems changing the graphics card in Vice City. Roughly speaking: I change the video card in the Nvidia Control Panel, but he doesn't care - it still opens on the integrated video card. How to be?

PS Tips like: "- Throw out the laptop, buy PECA", "Throw out the notebook, buy the CONSOLE" or "That there just finally, Zheka changed from the area for [deleted]" - they do not help. I ask for strict instructions.
PPS Not worth it with pictures (a lot of hassle), better text. If I don’t give a hollow, I’ll write in a personal.

Grandshot is
not enough, it is too sluggish.
Vladlen Mogin,
perhaps you did not save the configured parameters .. in the nvvidia control panel in the "3d parameters management" everything is configured ... it seems not difficult there
