Where to find treasure maps online?

Everywhere write, that give them each 5 lvl, I agree with that. But even in most of the guides stated that after Stripping the lair of the gang, the ringleader can find a map or to search the camp and find her. Honestly never had this card.
In progress trials indeed indicated that they are in this game at least 100 PCs.

Help, please tell us where and how to find them?

There is little give 30-40$ from power,a lot less than every 5 level.

But at least something. But why I have fought off about 15 pieces of these camps gangs and no cards...
