Help with skyrim. Doesn't see a discrete NVidia card on a laptop. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

GeForce GT 640M card. Integrated Intel 4000. High-throughput process didn't help. Reinstalling the drivers didn't help. Help pliz. (Only with Skyrim this) Everything went wrong as soon as SKSE was installed. Subsequent permutation, etc. didn't help.

Have you tried to change the graphics adapter in the settings?
