Is there a workshop in the airship or airport? (Fallout 4)

Hello everyone. No one knows if there is a workshop on the airship or at the airport. There are workbenches, but I donâ€™t see a workshop.

If you leave the airport through the main entrance, there will be a workshop on the left. Roughly speaking, it is between a multi-storey parking lot and water.

As far as I understand, it is activated only when the BS is flying.
