Problems launching the game on PC (Skullgirls 2nd Encore)

When you open this game, its window opens and then BAM the game crashes and displays a window with the inscription "The program" skullgirls.exe "does not work" (and then a template text such as a certain error occurred and Windows closed the application). How to fix this problem? (PS, the computer is not ancient, all firewood and software are available and updated, Windows 7 PRO x64)
