Doesn't see the joystick (Victor Vran)

The game does not see the joystick gioteck sc1
It works fine, not discharged.
Works in other games.
OS: Windows 10 x64 Enterprice (test)
Maybe someone knows how to set it up?
And after the first launch, I cannot change the control type, even to the keyboard.
Didn't find a launcher. And from the shortcut it no longer gives a window like that.

Try x360ce - there are instructions on the Internet, everything is simple there.

In the x360 emulator, in the options, put a tick in front of xinput9_1_0.dll and then the gamepad will be visible.
