-Sound
-Interface
-Subtitles
As you can see, this is not a movie where, on KamRips, Chinese subtitles are Russian, European or Western, like this ...

It seems to me that it is not much more difficult to display the second language than, for example, to make a vertical dialogue menu instead of a circular one (this is a small mod). There is text in the game, it just needs to be displayed.
And Russian voice acting is very expensive and it takes many months of work.
