Power armor in Fallout 3 (Fallout 3)

Is it possible in Fallout 3 to put power armor on the ground so that it stands like in Fallout 4?

Or do you need a mod?

However, there are evil people on the Playground :(

You would also ask how to grow houses with vegetable gardens in 3 parts. There are no such mods! Thank God at least they did not turn the old parts into this squalor.

I think this is the maximum that is possible in Fallout 3 for your question.
