Twitch site problem

The problem is, I tried to stream and when I try to put the Russian language of the broadcast on Twitch, the inscription "There was a problem editing status" appears on top.

Also, when I watch any stream in the chat, it constantly writes "Sorry, we were unable to connect to chat. Reconnecting in 2 seconds."

How to fix these problems?
