Steam issue (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hello everyone. When I play Skyrim (license) the steam seems to turn off (in the sense that the steam itself sees the running game, but Shift + Tab is not pressed in the game itself, when unlocking achievements in the game are not shown, you cannot make screenshots.) I run it through the SCSE. Interestingly, there was no such problem before (I do not know until what moment). Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

Try adding skse shortcut to Steam and launch the game through it.

skse application is in the incentive itself, download there and install specifically for the steve version of the game

Check if the steam overlay is enabled in the game - right-click on Skyrim and in the properties see if there is a checkmark on this item. All the answers above are nothing.
