Save from android to pc (Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series)

Good evening) the question arose, is it possible to play on an android and transfer the saves to a PC and continue there? Borderlands too?

Iâ€™ll be surprised if you can somehow manage to do this :)
It's easier to find some save editor or just download them
