Strange decline in PC performance.
The problem is this: not so long ago on PC in games (for example, Star Wars Battlefront, Battlefield 4, GTA V, Fallout 4) everything worked perfectly, at ultras or highs, without lags at 1080p (although the monitor is 4K). But a week before the new year, performance began to decline in all games from GTA V to Just Cause 2. When the PC was restarted, all games stopped lagging, some temporarily, and some even for the whole day. Of course it would be possible to play this way, but I decided to show the computer to specialists, tk. I did not find any information on the Internet. They looked and said that a possible problem is the BIOS is incorrectly configured. We returned everything to the default settings, tested it, GTA V flew at ultra in 1080p (although I had high settings before the problems). Of course, everything was done with a connection to other monitors, among which there was 4k. When the PC was at home I was happy to launch my favorite GTA V, and there were 3-8 FPS. It doesn't get any better when you change the settings. Even at 800x600, stable 3 fps. Then I decided that the problem is which monitor is connected, they say, it does not pull PC 4k monitors. Ok, I took a smaller monitor (to test) the situation has not changed. It is not possible to play games at this time. After rebooting, the lags are missing only for the first 5-10 minutes after starting the PC.Here's the config of the PC:
OS: Windows 10
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM ) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 32 GB
Graphics card: nvidia geforce GTX 750 Ti (2GB)
Need help because no dances with tambourines help, and "experts" cannot determine the problem, even if you call a psychic.
Thank you in advance and I apologize for talking a lot, though I'm afraid on the PC, I just collected it.

The "Performance" tab is the second in the top row, there select the CPU by cores.
Please make such a screen.

Direct 9 libraries, which are needed, will be delivered. Nothing unnecessary will be installed. The web loader downloads them from small servers.

usually if necessary in such cases (such as with a dune 2000) 10 ka pumps them by itself
cool almost 50% that something is overhauled !! and even consider that this is ah 7!

About 100 megabytes downloads the webloader that comes with any game and offers to update the direct.
This 10 itself does not prove.

If you are not tired yet)), then right-click on the blue graph and select "Change graph" - "Logical processors"
Maybe one core is working or 2. You need to look. And make the dispatcher window a little bigger. Please.
I now have a tomb rider launched from the strength of the jump was 26% and in fact I have ah 3 in total!
remembered the banal garbage in startup there is no "operating system" in the list? this is a miner for sure

Look how many cores the game loads.
Set "Maximum performance" in the power settings.
And this is definitely not overheating? I also have GTX750Ti 2gb, there is a problem with overheating. To do this, I installed msi afterburner and monitor the temperature of the vidyuhi in the game, it also shows the fps there. You can put all this in the settings.
And as many said, it is rather similar to the work of a miner who loads the video card after a certain amount of time. Just within 10-15 minutes. It is difficult to find them with antivirus software, it is necessary to exit the game at the moment the game hangs and see through msi afterburner whether something is loading the game.
And yes, how can GTX750Ti 2gb pull all games to ultra? The card is, of course, very good, but I think it's unrealistic to play such games at ultra (high) settings at FullHD. She is often shown in game tests, and it is not always possible to set high settings in the game.

I think miner! for ultra yes it is not enough but not 3 FPS !!!

Not all games were able to run on ultras. Examples are Star Wars Battlefront, Just Cause 3, Battlefield 4, Far Cry 4, Saints Row 4, Sleeping Dogs, Dead rising 3, Payday 2, TES V Skyrim. This is a list of games that ran smoothly on pc at ultra settings. The rest like The Crew, DayZ Standalone, GTA V, Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare worked at medium-high.

Screens when the brakes in the game do it. Those that you posted are nothing supernatural.
Vidyakha is loaded, percent is loaded, no 3 fps is visible.
Max performance is in Control Panel - Power Supply.
And yet, after exiting the game, look in the dispatcher whether the process with its name has closed or not.
Update DirectX, don't forget and see how much the bootloader downloads.
Try to roll back the HB driver to 359.06
Custom installation - Driver and Physics - Remove the rest of the jackdaws - Checkbox for Clean installation.
Uninstall the driver with DDU in safe mode.
Try it. Only do not pick iron with a screwdriver)
