Can I start saving without the cloud? (Fallout Shelter)

The problem with saving. When I go to constantly find my save in the cloud, and so every time that it pisses me off. Question time: is it not possible to somehow save this whole thing so that you can immediately go to your shelter, not bother with this cloud. two: why does it save so moronic? Yesterday I played for 3 hours, it saved only the first two (and what is most annoying is that I found a bunch of weapons and things in the last hour, a couple of people came to the shelter and completed a couple of new rooms). Maybe I don’t know something or is it just the version is still raw? Guys, help me.
