Sticky Keys (Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag)

I have the following problem - as soon as the game interface is loaded, the menu itself scrolls down, as if my "Down Arrow" key is stuck. It's completely unrealistic to play, the Persian himself runs in one direction. The game is licensed in Uplay, with the keyboard, too, everything is in order. And this, most likely, after some of the patches, tk. when I installed it it was not. Any suggestions?
