MrRiddler solved this problem with a friend simply, one of us connected a "static Ip" from the provider (we use the same provider, namely TTK) and the problem was solved.
MrRiddler others didn't help. Well, you can, as an option, connect the Internet directly without a router and it will work too. I just need a router without it in any way, so we solved the problem in this way.
