FOV does not change (Fallout 4)

I tried to set fov in both Fallout4Prefs.ini and Fallout4.ini, tried to set fov in the game through the console .. entered the value of fov in the console, pressed enter, and it seemed like everything was applied .. but as soon as I closed the console, the fov was reset to default. What are the dark forces?

press the console, dial fov 90 90, it will be 90, in short, whatever you want, only twice with a space

I was helped only by deleting Fallout4Prefs.ini (after launching it will be created anew), in the game, in principle, the standard viewing angle is all playable)
