There is no end to messages in terminals. (Fallout 4)

Terminals display only the message text that initially fits on the screen. If the message is larger, then there is no continuation (when scrolling down). How to fix this bug?

Not much. Almost all texts in English fit on 1 screen. Russian words are longer, so there are 1-3 final lines on the second screen.
