Graphics issues on ps4 (Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain)

Good evening everyone, I will be brief. I faced such a problem, reached Africa and noticed a problem, there are white dots in the sky symmetrically, across the sky ... It looks as if it should be, but clearly this is either a bug or something. I tried to make a screenshot, no dots are visible on it, to be honest, it distracts a little in the game and terribly spoils the picture ... Am I the only one who encountered this problem or is there anyone else? Let me remind you that I have a ps4 console. Thank you in advance.
