We need to find a save for Skyrim (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Oh my glob. I honestly did not expect that it would be so difficult to find a save. Okay, here are the details:
Does anyone have a save with a magician girl? It is advisable to complete the game completely and without add-ons. If you find this in your depths of folders and files, please share.

Go to the cheats section, there are a lot of all kinds of saves. Maybe you can find what you need.
