How do I turn on the wingsuit? How to crochet 2 pieces? (PC version) (Just Cause 3)

Wingsuit turns on by default on the English button E in a jump from a ledge, and to link two objects, hold down the right mouse button and hover over the object to which you want to attach.

1) what are the "first" missions? Does this game have a plot like in 2 parts? I thought run-shoot-fly-bombs, liberate cities and bases, no?
2) Only in a jump from a ledge, otherwise it does not turn on in any way? And in order to fasten 2 objects with a hook, I can't hold MOUSE2, it immediately flies behind the hook, even if the button is pressed!
