Try to put 9 direct,or settings put on medium-low. Run,come out and put everything as it was.

There is no sound only in this game,or where else?,play the game ,roll on the taskbar, find the icon with sound ->PCM->open volume mixer,and there look level specifically for this game.If it delved into the sound settings or installed any driver or application or otherwise associated with the sound of it(and keep away or remove the driver/application) reinstall the sound driver.
