no, but
if you play with the "alien" dls, then there are trials for which good things fall in the chest in the basement of the skyhold over time (more included trials - more drop%)

It is unlikely to be affected.
but in a nightmare it is not so difficult. I calmly walked in. If somewhere I could not kill someone, then I came back later and killed.

Still made a mistake, now I play on Nightmare, I just entered the Hinterlands and is already level 4, on difficulty normally I was there only 3. A little more experience is given =)
