assassins creed syndicate freezes

Friends of all Happy New Year and Merry Christmas. Tell me please, the game freezes, at first it hung during the game for a couple of minutes, then it started to hang so that I reinstall 5 times. At first it helped reinstall and could play, then it stopped helping, now it loads in the menu and everything hangs. Help please, I'm already upset.
