Navigator Legend / Transcript (DiRT Rally)

Has anyone tried to figure out the legend of the navigator in DiRT Rally? Okay, turn numbers, what do you mean 100, 80, 120?

This is the distance. 100 Left 2 means that after ~ 100 meters there will be a sharp left turn
