Why do lamps and lights go out? (Fallout 4)

There is enough energy, but the lamps go out. Is it just me? Can you solve this?

There is an opinion that this is a stupid bug - the lamps should be lit as planned, but the game forgets to "light" them. It usually helps to remove the lamp and put it back on. Perhaps the reason for this is the limitation of the engine on the number of light sources.

This can happen not only with lamps, but also with all electrical devices (turrets, pump station, generators). A simple rearrangement helps.
