The game will run with your system configuration at version 1.0. And for the latest version of the game, only levels without dls will be fine, and with only 4 dls it won't pull

And I once ran ME3 on AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 2.4 GHz: 2.5 RAM: GF GT 220 1GB. So it will go.
