Drivers for the Witcher (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
It is worth vidyuha AMD I do not remember what kind of firewood was, but the fps was stable, I updated it to the last one, the fps sank, at high ultras during the rain in the swamps it sags up to 40, although it was 45-50 stable. ?coconuts
you know, now, probably, everyone will be showered with minuses, but I returned to the Catalist drivers, the last ones that were in history. Crimson deleted, though not because of The Witcher. The situation was such that MGS V flew out with enviable regularity, and in strictly defined places and times, as I later found out, this was due to a certain map of shadows and lighting. So I rummaged through the problems for a long time - I updated the X-direction. visual si, I checked the temperature regime (I have never seen above 59 degrees), and then in the discussions of STIM people advised to roll back the firewood to the last Catalist and since then in 90 hours of the game there has not been a single departure! Moreover, there were more than 750 messages in the discussion! Therefore, I am inclined to think that AMD this time threw damp firewood on the market (Win 7 64x) and I advise you to follow my example until AMD fixes bugs and lags.

Also deleted crimson. The reason is that msi afterburner stopped adjusting the rotational speed of the cooler. For me, this is mega-important, because vidyuha herself somehow does it poorly, and heats up a lot without this feature. And at the expense of the improvement in The Witcher with Crimson, I did not seem to notice much of a difference.

- "Catalyst driver"
Imagine, CCC, aka Catalyst, is a software shell, not a driver. For this reason, you will be showered with minuses quite reasonably and fairly, since the post contains nonsense. SSS can be installed even with the freshest firewood at the moment.

Driver version with the latest katalist - 15.201.1151.1008
Driver version with crimson - 15.30.1025.1001
Shell - but the drivers are different.

I understand perfectly well that this is a shell and the same katalist from the crimson menu is called by clicking on additional settings, but the driver version is different there, and AMD is so carried away by reworking the interface that they forgot about the correct working of the kernel. And the fact that this is not nonsense can be understood from the topics on this topic ...

here is a list of previous drivers - http://support.amd.com/en-ru/download/desktop/previous?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
I rolled back the current crimson (driver 15.30.1025.1001), which is not so long ago I updated to Catalyst 15.7.1 (15.20.1046). But you can also try on 15.11.

wrote at the same time) Yes, this is exactly the one that works in MGS V 100% without problems)
if nvidia then on http://www.nvidia.ru/download/index.aspx?lang=ru and amd here http://support.amd.com/ru-ru/download
but I write that the installation was not completed completely. What could be the problem.? who knows?
I get good fps on AMD Crimson 15.11 drivers, then I updated to "raw" drivers of version 15.12 fps sagged. Rollback to the catalist also did not help, so it's better to install proven ones than new and unfinished ones

"stopped normally msi afterburner to regulate the rotational speed of the cooler vidyuhi. For me this is mega-important, because vidyuha itself somehow does it miserably, and it gets very hot without this feature"
I once had an R9 280X from PowerColor. CO was so poorly tuned that at a temperature of 85 degrees. the cooler was spinning 30-40% as if nothing had happened. At first I also used MSI Afterburner, and then I decided to just fix the BIOS of the video card (it's easy to do on AMD cards). In general, only 2 programs are required - ATI WinFlash https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2531/atiflash-2-71/ and VBE7 - vBIOS Editor for Radeon HD 7000 series cards http://www.techpowerup.com/ forums / threads / vbe7-vbios-editor-for-radeon-hd-7000-series-cards.189089 / (or any other for firmware modification, for example RBE - Radeon BIOS Editor https://www.techpowerup.com/rbe/ or ATI Radeon BIOS Tuner (RaBiT) https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/283/rabit-bios-editor-v2-2/). Use GPU-Z to flash the firmware from the card, modify the cooler control section via VBE7 (depending on the temperature) and flash the mod firmware via ATI WinFlash. Save the original copy taken from GPU-Z just in case (or you can find your own here https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/).
